All the IIMs have different admission criterias.

The new IIMs have a little less cut off than the old IIMs. Some give preference to the class 10 and 12 and graduation marks , while others donnot . So it depends on the IIM you wish to go into .

There are 20 IIMs and each IIM has a different CAT cutoff category-wise for its admission process. To check the cutoff criterion of all IIMs, kindly check the following link - CAT Cutoff for IIMs

Once you meet the cutoff criterion, you will be shortlisted for the selection process - WAT, GD and PI rounds. Some IIMs, generally the newer ones, do not conduct the WAT or GD round for admissions. A certain weighatage will be given to each round. Overall performance in all the rounds will be considered before offering the final admission.
