Hello Aspirant,
If we go to the latest cut-offs of JEE-Main 2021, then being a SC candidate you should secure your SC rank in JEE-Main 2022 under 1000 for CSE branch in top NITs and for lower NITs 3500-4000 SC rank would also be enough for CSE branch.
You can check out the same from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Counseling/seatallotmentresult/currentorcr.aspx
As it is difficult to predict you the exact marks just based on ranks so to give you a rough idea you should aim for at least 120-130+ marks out of 300 and your percentile should be at least 95+.

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

Dear aspirant,
The question asked by you is a quite difficult one because it depends on various factors like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
As per my knowledge and prediction if you want cse it is advisable to score atleast 90+ percentile to get into the nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, allahabad, rourkela, Calicut and other parallel ones.
