See there is no any fixed minimum percentile/marks required to be eligible for admission in NITs for any category because the seat allotment process is based on the rank of candidate but if you are SC candidate and wants to get into any NIT then you should at least try for 92+ percentile in JEE-Main 2021 for top NITs and for average NITs 80-85 percentile will also be the decent score and your marks should be 85-90+ out of 300.

Note that the above prediction has been made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of either JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
