It is very difficult to predict marks required to get a seat in RNT Medical College, Udaipur , but when we go through previous year trends then,
In neet 2019 , 605 marks for general category was the cut off marks that got a seat in RNT Medical College, Udaipur under Rajasthan state quota

But yes,
cut off marks / rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the neet examination, kind of marks obtained by them in neet , toughness level of the neet examination, number of seats available etc.
So , you should target at least around 650 marks to be on the safer side in your neet 2021 examination .
Now , limited time is left for your neet 2021 examination, so focus on preparation, go through the chapters , practise questions and then revise them, go through mock test papers once you are done with complete syllabus.
