What are the opportunities of girls getting into PSU through the GATE? Is there any restriction in taking girls into PSUs?
First of all I want to ask to you that who said to you about this?? The answer for your question is strictly No. This is a very biggest myth. As per last year, In many PSUs number of female members in selection process were more than male members. In some PSUs they always maintain some ratio of females in their total employees. As far as interviews are concerned there are totally fair system and there is no gender discrimination. In all interview panels there is atleast one lady panel member. If they find that the girl is fulfilling their requirements like other selected candidates, then she is selected definitely. I hope this helps!!! Good Luck!!!
