You may opt for different courses and programs after 12th based on English:
- Bachelors of Arts in English (Honors)
- Journalism and Mass Communication
After which you can either go for Masters or work as a Content/Script Writer, Journalist, Author or you can pursue further studies to become a teacher/lecturer.
