The options usually are- Finance, Human Resource, Marketing, Retail Mgt, Personnel Mgt and Industrial Relations, IT and Systems etc. You can also consider an MBA in Biotechnology Management, which is a relatively new course started only 3-4 years back in India.
The eligibility criteria for a MBA is mainly a bachelor's degree with minimum marks issued by the university and you might be required to provide GMAT scores and work experience is also preferred.
