what are the options of non maharashtra students writing MHCET after passing class 12 from Maharashtra? Up to 10 from other state.
Hello Aaron
Options are there but far less as compared to Maharashtra Students.
The usual allocations of seats for any non govt aided (non minority) college is as follows
65 % Maharashtra State candidates
15 % all India (excluding Maharashtra) candidates.
20% Institute level allocation (management quota).
This type 2 i.e. all India level seats can be secured by appearing for JEE mains.
If one wants to opt for govt/govt aided colleges, then CET is the only option.
