Hello Midasala,
You can go for all the options with a year back in B. Tech as compared to any other students in B. Tech. The same is for going to an IIT after your B. Tech, Admission to M.Tech in IITs is independent of this constraint. But as prescribed by most of the IITs, you must pass your B.Tech with at least 6.75 CGPA or 60% marks. If you have more than 60% marks in your B. Tech you can get into any IIT for M. Tech.
