well yes they also other state level entrance examinations and also they are other university examinations like SRM,VIT,MANIPAL university  and students can attend even those examinations.

JEE is not the only parameterhwich will lead you to have a good engineering college , there are many other renowned universities if you have prepared well for JEE then you may apply for other entrance exams of renowned universities like some i am listing below
