there can be some regional colleges who still offer seats for mtech but you need to search them on internet or you can go for other options like private colleges or dropping a year or so.

Dear Raj, There are lots of other options which you can opt like IIT Hyderabad PGEE (you have to give a separate test for this college conducted in April), IIIT DELHI, IIIT Bhubneshwar, BITS Pilani HD, IPUCET Delhi, Jamia Millia Islamia Delhi, BIT Mesra, NIST Orissa, HBTU Kanpur.
