dear aspirant,

Doing MBBS is itself a great thing first of all, the first and foremost the fee might be very expensive , extending upto 50 lakhs which is quite difficult for normal people to afford at one go . Next is about clinical experience , the government colleges provide good practical knowledge as the patients will be in huge number and diseases and conditions will also be varying . The crux of the medical studies is the practice and you will get it more when u study in government college. And when it comes to private college you may have difficulty in getting exposed to various situation but it depend supon all your interest your hardwork can really make you a good doctor regardless of the institution you study in.

all the best for your future.
