Nift delhi itself provides hostel facilities which includes air conditioned rooms. Hotels have a capacity of nearly 200 beds. Cost for AC rooms is around 37k. To know more about their hostel facilities you can click the link below.

Well if you don't want to avail hostel in Nift campus you can also go for PGs nearby College their are some very good PGs available in good location such as Hauz khaz, green park near College. Rent of these PGs will depend on facilities given. However starting rate is maximum 8k it can go upto 10k according to the facilities.

You can easily find PGs either through a Google search or you can personally go and search. However I'll suggest you to first search PGs online and then go to enquire about it.
