Companies are invited by MGMIHS via mail, and those that are interested will reply via mail. A schedule is established for the total process if the institute and the companies agree on it. If the employer desires, they may hold a pre-placement discussion to inform the students of its policies, laws, and regulations as well as to clear up any questions they may have. The companies will receive resumes and choose the students for the group discussion and aptitude tests. Students who pass the tests must also show up for the technical and HR interview rounds before being chosen.
