The private colleges cannot be secured by the all india quota. You need to know first that the all india quota seats are for the govt. medical or dental colleges only. The private institutes are not to be filled by the all india quota counselling. If you want to get into the private institute then you have to go for the state quota counselling for NEET by the state admission committee and you must be domicile of that state. Now talking about the private colleges then you have many choices of the private colleges in tamilnadu and karnataka the list of whch is given below. Refer the link given for the karnataka and tamilnadu for the medical colleges.

through aiq you can apply for government colleges only , not private colleges. you can go for deemed universities counselling but then their fees range are very high. you can apply for TN and karanataka counselling separately( under 85% quota) but only private colleges. but by now their counselling processes have already started and merit list is on the way too.

For private colleges in Karnataka , you can refer to COMEDK which has low fee structure but with very high cutoff . With this score even after OBC category , it is not possible to get admission in private medical with low fees in any state. However , you can easily get seats in management quota which have high fees but low cutoffs.
