BSC Agriculture is one of the popular courses in India, and the demand for admission in these courses has been increasing. ICAR AIEEE is the national level entrance exam for admission in Under Graduate agriculture courses. Apart from the national level, there are different state-level entrance exams that grant admission in Agriculture courses at UG level
Steps to Get Admission in UG Agriculture Courses without ICAR AIEEA-
ICAR AIEEA is the national-level entrance exam for admission in UG agriculture courses across the country. However, the entrance exam is only conducted for admission in 15% seats in various Agricultural Universities or participating institutes. The rest of the seats are filled under state quota, as per the admission rules of the state government
Alternative Exams other than ICAR AIEEA
If you are not applying for ICAR AIEEA exam, you can get admission through state-level entrance exams. Some of the state-level exams for admission in Agriculture courses are –
MHT CET
KEAM
TS EAMCET
AP EAMCET
KCET
UPSEE
MP PAT
BHU EXAM
BIHAR BSC AGRICULTURE ENTRANCE EXAM
Apart from the above, there are different entrance exams in various states. You can appear for the respective state entrance exam to get admission in UG Agriculture course. You will have to note that though the state-level entrance exam, you can take admission in the respective state only.
