What are the procedures of admission for those who finished ITI and belong to the other state?

If you finished your ITI, then you are admitted directly to the 2nd year Diploma programme in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and DETC courses. You have to write VOCLET exam. The VOCLET exam is conducted by WBSCTE. Even though you are not from West Bengal, you can still apply for VOCLET but you have to select your category as outside State Candidate. VOCLET will be conducted on April 26th and you can fill in the application form at https://exam.webscte.co.in/JEXPO-VOCLET

You can't join 2nd year for b tec. If you have completed your iti.. It is for diploma students who so ever has completed his or her diploma then he or she can join 2nd year for BTEC..
