If you finished your ITI, then you are admitted directly to the 2nd year Diploma programme in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and DETC courses. You have to write VOCLET exam. The VOCLET exam is conducted by WBSCTE. Even though you are not from West Bengal, you can still apply for VOCLET but you have to select your category as outside State Candidate.
