These are the PSU's offering jobs to chemical engineers-
ONGC
IOCL
HPCL
GAIL
SAIL
EIL

The number of vacancies keeps on changing constantly but considering the top PSU's there are around 150 vacancies. So, inorder to a PSU you should get a triple digit rank atleast.
