Dear aspirant ! I would like to answer your question as JEE mains i.e. joint entrance exam mains is a national level examination conducted by NTA .
NTA authority have right to realise paper but it is not necessary all the time that every question will be correct .
If in case candidate found some mistakes in questions during examination then he /she has right to case a complaint file against the authority. Well in this year too some questions were facing big trouble as they are found to be worng . There are 2 questions in chemistry were worng and 6-7 questions in physics were worng .
Although in this situation NTA authority takes strick action to help the jee candidates.

NTA, the exam conducting authority has released the Question Paper & Answer key on the official website. As per the notification released by the exam conducting authority, candidates can challenge the answer key till 16th April 2019. The final answer key of JEE main April session exam will be releasing soon. If candidates want to challenge the answer key, then they have to submit the document as a proof with a fee of rs .1000 for each question.
