see first of all you have to clear neet ug exam, then you have to appear in neet counselling. based on your score and category you will be allotted colleges in health science related course.

now while you do apply for neet there is code mentioned for droppers and repeaters students who have opted of neet ug exam just after completing of 12th course.

for counselling your academic certificates is mandatory eg: 10th, 12th mark sheets and certificates and if you have studied or completed any bachelors course which has physics, chemistry and biology as mandatory subjects with practicals you may mention it.
