Hello
There is no need to fill up any form for JoSAA counseling.
You have to register directly
For registration, you will have to log-in to their account using their JEE Main 2019 roll number and password. For candidates who have registered for JEE Advanced, then such candidates will have to use their JEE Advanced password to log-in.
On reporting centre need to carry provisional seat allotment letter along with all the requisite documents for verification.
