Hi Akshun, I believe i have tried to answer a similar query of yours earlier. Let me try to address it once again.
If you are interested to apply for JDP offered at Harvard Law School this year (application deadline is 1st Feb 2018)-
(a) You must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at an accredited college or university.
(b) You should graduate in spring 2019. Generally speaking, if you will graduate in spring (Jan-Feb) 2019 from a U.S. Bachelor’s or U.S. Bachelor’s equivalent undergraduate program, then you should qualify for the program. To be sure, you may want to contact the J.D. Admissions Office to ascertain your eligibility.
(c) You want to defer your enrollment at HLS for a minimum of two years after graduation. The time must be spent in a structured educational program or employment situation.
Apart from the above three basic requirements, following are some application requirements -
o HLS application, Personal Statement and Resume
o $85 Application fee
o LSAT or GRE score
o Undergraduate Transcript (update required with junior year final grades)
o A minimum of 2 (max 3) letters of recommendation.
For any other detail you can check out this HLS link - http://hls.harvard.edu/dept/jdadmissions/apply-to-harvard-law-school/the-application-process/junior-deferral-program/#faq-2-1
