Rules and regulations are as follows-
Do's
- Silence shall be observed in the Library.
- Keep your belongings at the entrance of the Property counter.
- ID CARD must be presented at the time of issuing books.
- ID cards are not transferable. Books will not be issued to borrowers who carry ID cards of other people.
Don'ts
- Users must have Identity Card and enter the Log-in register without fail.
- Users shall maintain perfect order and Silence in the Library.
- Keep your belongings at the entrance of the Property counter.

- Making noise, spitting, smoking and using electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
- Reference Books are meant for reading in library only.
- Leave the library books / Journals on the table after reading.
- Please check while borrowing the book for any damage and report it immediately.
- A fine of Rs.2 per day will be levied after the specified due date.
- In case of any books lost, damaged, defaced borrower has to replace new copy with latest edition.
- CD/DVD's and Periodicals will be issued for overnight on demand.
- Use of Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited within Library.
- Use of Pen drive is not allowed inside Library
- Digital Library should be used only for browsing and downloading e-learning resources and do not use & play computer games and for unwanted content.
- Do not keep Money purses, Valuable materials, Laptops and any kind of electronic gadgets in the Property Counter.
- Do make sure you know what library materials you have borrowed. Return them on time to avoid fines and as a courtesy to others.
- Bags, Raincoat, Jerkin and Casual wears are strictly prohibited inside the Library.
- Printed material is not allowed inside the Library.
- Books that are borrowed can be brought into the library only for the purpose of returning and not for study or reading.
* If any book is lost or damaged beyond repair, the person responsible shall replace it with a new copy or recent price and handling charges or as may be decided by the Chief Librarian.
- Do ask Library staff for help in any situation. Don't hesitate! We're for you
- Cases of inactivity on the part of the Library Staff or any fault in the Service should be reported to the Librarian.
