General Rules and Regulations of SRI Ramakrishna Institute of Technology:

Students are expected to be punctual to the class,They should stand up and greet the faculty member when he/she enters the class room,they are forbidden for making any noise or creating any disturbance during class hours,they should not throw papers anywhere in the college premises, writing anything on the walls or desks or on any property in college premises is strictly forbidden,No meeting or gathering of any kind shall be organized inside or outside the campus without the written permission from the principal,No notice of any kind can be circulated by the students or passed anywhere in the college ampus without prior permission from the principal,no student shall take part in any political activity.They are not to hold any office/post associated with any political party.students coming in their own vehicle should park the vehicles in the place alloted for them,wearing helmet and possessing driving license while driving two wheeler inside the campus is compulsory Lanyard along with ID card is to be worn as long as the student is in the college campus,use of cell phones by the students is banned inside the college premises,Smoking as well as consumption of any intoxicants and ragging is strictly prohibited,In academic and disciplinary matters,the decision of the principal is final.

Leave Rules:

Applications for leave must be submitted in advance in the prescribed format It should be signed by the tutor and the HOD before being approved by the principal.Permission to leave the college premises during the working hours will be granted only by the principal, Medical certificate should be produced for a sick leave.students should produce evidence for the unforeseen cause if it is not sick leave.

Dress code:

Every Students of the college shall wear proper fitting clothes considered decent and acceptable.For boys Monday and Friday complete formal with tie, remaining days shoes compulsory and for girls shoes is compulsory for all days. During practical boys, uniform pant with shirt tucked in is to be worn along with closed footwear,for girls overcoat is to be worn over the regular dress along with the closes footwear.

Hostel of Shri Ramakrishna Institute:

Institution has exclusive hostels for girls and boys within the campus with the capacity of 2300.Food items are prepared and served hygienically.The hostel is facilitated with WiFi facility,indoor games,gym etc,24*7 ambulance service is available for the needy apart from a dispensary which functions during evening.in additional they have hygienic water,staioneries,power backups etc.Residential wardens are alloted with individual rooms in the respective hostels.Tv facility is also available in the hostel
