The scope of getting a job after completing B. Pharm depends on the field you want to be in. You can go for Production or Marketing line, aa per your choice. And depending on the job roles the salary varies. After completing B.Pharma, once can work as Drug Inspector or Pharmacist or Quality Assurance or Drug Therapist or Health Inspector or Pharmaceutical Marketer or Sales analyst etc. Companies such as Cipla, Sun Pharmaceuticals, Abbott, Lupin, Novo Nordisk, Glenmark are some top notch organisations in the field of Pharmacy which recruit Bachelor of Pharmacy Graduates. As a fresher when you join the salary might be less. On an average, you can expect an amount of 2 to 3 lpa. Once you gain experience in the field, you can expect more handsome packages.
