Ravi, there are usually merit based and need based scholarships that foreign Universities offer International Students. And each University has its own guidelines and there are numerous Universities in US. Merit based scholarships are for Candidates who have an impeccable Academic record. Such Candidates are given scholarship after joining the course. Need based scholarships are for those Candidates who need financial assistance in pursuing the course. Such Candidates need to submit the financial statements. So you need to go to the official website of the University that you want to study in and check the Scholarship facilities and requirements.
