hi,
chemical engineering is a branch of engineering which mostly have physical and manufacturing process using chemical design, it has engineering physics, mathematics, environmental chemistry, engineering economics etc. syllabus may be slightly different in different universities, but key subjects are same. it has also included some production engineering concepts in syllabus.
companies like iocl, ongc, bpcl, tata steel hires chemical engineers.
