what are the subject combinations if I took English honours (BA) ? I don't know about graduation subject combinations.
Hello aspirant,
Hope you are doing great....!!!
The subject combination is varied from college to college and the availability of lecturers in any particular college, for example, PGDAV college first-year students of B. A. (Hons.) English also has to appear in : (a) one language credit course, (b) one qualifying course, and (c) one interdisciplinary course. In the second year, a student shall offer two discipline-centered courses other than their main discipline courses. Only one course can be offered from one discipline.
Subjects:-
1) Journalism and Mass Communication,
2) Philosophy,
3) History,
4) Education,
5) Sociology,
6) Film studies,
7) Own state language,
8) Political Science etc.
I hope this helps you!
All the best:)
Hello Aspirant,Hope you are doing well
You must study topics other than your honours paper at the graduate level, regardless of the stream or subject you pick. Only at the postgraduate level do you have the option of focusing solely on your field of study.
In a BA Hons programme, you may be required to take mandatory courses such as modern Indian languages, environmental studies, English/ regional languages, and social sciences, as well as electives in areas like as psychology, sociology, history, geography, economics, statistics, and others. The trend, however, may differ between colleges and institutions.
Hope this helps you
