Dear Aspirant,
EEE mainly refers to electrical and electronics engineering while ECE refers to electronics and communication engineering.
Basically in EEE branch , the theoretical as well as practical related subjects about Electricals(ex: circuits theory , power systems, transformers etc.) are taught while in ECE you will study electronics as well as communication subjects (i.e signals, antenna , Microprocessors etc).
With EEE branch , you can get placements in core branches or non-IT fields whereas with ECE branch you can get placements both in IT and non-IT fields as this subject involves both domains.
Hope this information helps !
