Hello Aspirant,
You need to have
- Correctly filled application form
- Document of Khatiyan in accordance to Recent Survey data
- Income certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Evidence of schooling for 10 years
- Ration Card
- Voter ID
- Statement by a parent if the inhabitant is a minor.
- Aadhaar Card
The prospect can apply for Domicile Certificate through CSC or the Tahasildar.
