You need to have

1. Correctly filled application form
2. Document of Khatiyan in accordance to Recent Survey data
3. Income certificate
4. Birth Certificate
5. Evidence of schooling for 10 years
6. Ration Card
7. Voter ID
8. Statement by a parent if the inhabitant is a minor.
9. Aadhaar Card

The prospect can apply for Domicile Certificate through CSC or the Tahasildar.
