Now I am going to provide you a list of entrance exam for taking admission:

1) IIT- JAM PHYSICS : this exam is for pursuing Master degree from institutes like IIT, NIT,ISER.

2) CSIR JRF PHYSICS: it provides admission to courses like M.SC as well as PH.D at research institutes .

3) JEST ( JOINT ENTRANCE SCREENING TEST) : this exam provides admission to institutes like IISER,IISC,HRI,TIFR,VISR,ARIES,BOSE INSTITUTE,HBNI,ICTC,IGCAR,IIA etc.

There are major central universities which conduct their own entrance exams such as-

AMU, JNU,BHU,DU etc.

CUCET : it is a national level examination conducted by ten central universities to provide admission in various UG& PG courses .

It provides admission into integrated M.sc ,B.ed and PhD courses.
