Hi Amrit,
The state rank cut off according to second round for gornment college in West Bengal is 1509 (AIR 39200) and the college allotted is Cooch Behar Medical College And Hospital. This rank is according to the merit list of second round. You can check out the complete list of opening and closing ranks at wbmcc.nic.in
