what are the ways in medicine in India and abroad
Hema, NEET is the only entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. If you want to study MBBS or BDS abroad, qualifying in NEET is mandatory. And to qualify in NEET, you should have secured atleast 50 percentile of top NEET score. It is 50 percentile for General Category and 40 percentile for OBC,SC,ST. And when you said abroad, you haven't mentioned the country in specific. Foreign Universities have usually 2 intakes in a year for admission to various courses. US, Canada are among those Countries that follow the Fall and Spring Intakes. Fall intake starts in August and ends in December and Spring intake starts from January and ends in May. So you need to figure out which intake do you want to take admission in. Once that is sorted, you need to take up the required Language Proficiency test. Few Universities accept TOEFL while few accept IELTS. For European countries, Proficiency in the Local language is mandatory. For example, if you want to study in Germany atleast B1 proficiency in Germany is mandatory. Once this has been completed you need to shortlist the Institutions that you want to apply for, Check their requisites and download the list of documents that each Institute requires. You also have to have your Statement of Purpose written. And once you apply to the College online, there might be video call for an Interview from the University.Based on the decision of the University, you are either Accepted or Rejected. If you have been accepted by the University, you will receive a letter of Acceptance which you need to submit at the Embassy for visa processing. This is the normal and generic procedure.
