In order to take admission you have to appear for JEE Main exam.

All the IIITs will take admission through JEE Main there will be no seperate exam to take admission.

In , IIIT Bhubaneswar

50% of the seats are reserved for Odisha Domiciled Students. Reservation rules meant for SC/ST and other categories are applicable to this category.
50% of the seats are for students from all over India
