I'm going to provide you the weightage of physics and chemistry for NEET 2019

class 11:

PHYSICS: Physical world and measurement contains 2%, Kinematics contains 3%, Laws of motion contains 3%, Work energy and power contains 4%, Motion of systerm of practical and rigid bodies contains 5%, gravitation contains 2%, properties of bulk matters contains 3%, thermodynamics contains 9%, behaviour of perfect gas and kinetic energy theory contains 3%, oscillations and waves contains 3%.

CHEMISTRY: Basic concepts of cheistry 1%, structure of atoms 2%, classification of elements ans periodicity in properties 2%, chemical bonding and molecular structure 5%, gases and liquids 2%, thermodynamics 8%, equilibrium 6%, redox reaction 3%, hydrogen 3%, s-block elements 2%, p-block elements 2%, organic chemistry 4%, hydrocarbons 3%, environmental chemisrty 2%.

Class 12:

PHYSICS: electrostatics 9%, current electricity 8%, magnetic effect of current and magnetism 5%, electromagnetic effect and alternating current 8%, electromagnetic waves 5%, optics 10%, dual nature of matter and radiation 6%, atoms and nuclei 3%, electronic devices 9%.

CHEMISTRY: solid state 2%, solutions 5%, electrochemistry 5%, chemical kinetics 3%, isolation of elements 2%, surface chemistry 2%, p-block elements 5%, d and f-block elements 4%, coordination compounds 9%, hloalkanes and haloarenes 3%, alcohol,phenols ethers4%, Aldehydes, Ketones and Carboxylic Acids 4%, organic compounds containing nitrogen 4%, bimolecules 3%, polymers 3%, chemistry in everyday life 2%.
