Hello Irshad,

During admission in VIT Vellore, you need to submit:

1. Provisional Admission Letter you got at the time of counselling

2. VITEEE 2019 Admit Card, Counselling Admit Card and Result Copy

3. 12th Mark Sheet of all attempts

4. Transfer Certificate

5. Community Certificate only if SC or ST

6. Nativity Certificate if you are from Jammu and Kashmir, Sikkim or the seven sister states of India.

7. Student Profile

8. Physical Fitness Certificate

9. Student Affidavit

10. Parent Affidavit

11. Hostel Affidavit if you are a hosteller

The format for all the affidavits and the certificates required are given in the Information Brochure provided by VIT if you need a copy, the link is given below.

For the affidavits, you need to type the matter as given in the annexures in the pdf in a 20 Rupees non-judicial stamp paper and sign it. You can get the stamp paper in a nearby licensed stamp paper vendor where they can type your document and get it notarized.

For the physical fitness certificate print out the format in an A4 sheet and visit your doctor to get it filled and sealed by him.
