What are TITA questions in CAT examination?

Hello,

CAT question paper consists two types of questions.One type is multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and the other is non-MCQs or TITA questions.

Full form of TITA is “Type in the Answer”. So, in these types of questions, there won't be any options available like in multiple choice questions. In these questions candidates have to type the answers of the questions.

Will there be a negative marking across the TITA section as well?

Atif Ali There will be no negative marking for TITA questions however there will be negative marking for MCQ type questions. For MCQ 1 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
