If you are referring to Malla Reddy Engineering college they have quite nice reputation. They have good placement records but the salary packages are not that great where the average salary package is around 2.5lakhs, highest around 6 lakhs and lowest around 1.5 lakhs. The overall rating is nice. Decent infrastructure and have good faculties.
