What best I can get in DU with 99.75% (best of 4) in XII std commerce with maths. Looking for Eco, b.com (H) or Bcom. Have good credential in sports also but not sure how that will help out.

If the percentage mentioned by you is the aggregate percentage of those four subjects in which you have scored maximum marks in comparison to other one or two subjects then on such percentage you have good chances to get colleges for B.Com Hons. like :-
Acharya Narendra Dev College
Aryabhatta College
Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
Hansraj College
