NCERT is must to do for all subjects.
Apart from it there are reference books as I have listed down.
These are some objective books other than NCERT that you should refer to prepare for NEET:
Biology:
Objective Biology by Dinesh, AIIMS Explorer by MTG publication, Trueman’s Objective Biology
Physics:
Physics for Medical Entrance Examinations by D.C Pandey (Arihant Publications)
Chemistry:
Objective Chemistry (Volume 1 and 2) by Arihant publications
Here are Some GOLDEN tips for the preparation of NEET
- Firstly, gather all the details about the officially prescribed syllabus for the examination.
- Make a proper time-table for your preparations.
- Follow the time table strictly and increase your potential day by day.
- Consider the good preparation books and study materials.
- Practice mock test & previous year question papers.
- Make mistakes while practising, and correct them and never repeat them.
- Never give up even at your low time.
- Stay stress free & healthy while preparing for exams.
- Don’t try to include new topics at the end of preparations.

For Physics refer to he following books.

Ncerts are mandatory to have, refer the rest of the books and find out which one suits you. I would advice you not to buy all the books but to refer them and see which one is better for you.
In the end it doesn't depend upon which book is better but how good can you understand the concepts
Also, for the general knowledge subscribe magazines, they will be useful.

The standard syllabus for NEET UG exam follows the NCERT books pattern. If you can master all the NCERT books while buliding concepts and solving the questions and MCQs given in the NCERT book, you will do fine.
Refer to old question papers and solve a lot of mcqs.
MAKE SURE YOU CLEAR YOUR DOUBTS FROM YOUR TEACHERS AND FRIENDS.
If you have mastered the NCERT books and the questions given in it. Then you can refer GRB, Arihant or the material provided by your coaching institution.
For biology - GRB or dinesh( I used dinesh so find that better than grb)
For chemistry- GRB
