Some of the best books to prepare in general for theory are - NCERTs of all subjects, modern abc for chemistry, SL Arora for physics and a module book from any institute specilised in neet coaching for biology. This is because, people are often confused regarding the biology syllabus and how much to study. So these books provide a concised matter.
The books which you can refer to get sample papers of NEET are -
MTGs NEET Champion and MTG's NEET explorer.
You can even use MTG'S NCERT fingertips.
