Hey! Hope you are preparing for JEE Mains are at its peak.
Chemistry: NCERT is the best and sufficient book to excel in JEE Main. Most of the questions in Organic and Inorganic are directly asked from NCERT. Physical chemistry needs some practice so if you are done solving NCERT then you can go for solving subjective questions IIT JEE of 90's.
Mathematics: This is only for JEE Main. If you are okay with NCERT then I would recommend you to go for RD Sharma as this book derived many more things to the next level which are in NCERT. Some of the questions are based on cases which are explained in it.
Physics: Here is the holiest book of every engineering aspirant just solve HC Verma nobody will stop you to become headlines.
I should recommed you to not follow many book its not going to help you.
you try to follow only those books which are suggested by your coaching and also solve ncert.
by solving many books you may solve many question but still you are not going to sure this type question will comes so stick to your concept and solve only book which prescribed by your coaching
always remember WITH YOUR CONCEPT YOU CAN SOLVE NEW 1000 QUESTION
but by solving many question not make you a man to solve new question you always try to think of concept comes in question you solved and this habit leads you to distract from real CONCEPT.
If you are doing self study then follow these book
Physics-NCERT and HC Verma
