You can expect calls starting from Indore and downwards. You might have a chance of getting intial shortlist of Kozhikode too but not sure if you will get the second (Resume based) shortlist. However , you can expect calls from all the other IIMs , NITIE , VJSOM , SJSOM and other IITs.All the best.
I wasn't shortlisted for Indore and as you said I was shortlisted for the 1st stage of Kozhikode. And my doubt is NITIE has a cut off of 97 percentile as per other blogs. Won't I be wasting my money applying to NITIE?

Hi Makarand,
You a good profile. From first look, uou will mostly cross all the sectional cutoffs of all institutes. A overall percentile of 95.20 is decent and you shall get calls from some IIMs and top B Schools.
In my opinion, you have a border chance at IIM Kozhikode and IIM Indore. You may get calls from all new IIMs and Baby IIMs. So prepare and give your best in these IIMs. You have a good chance of converting IIM Udaipur, IIM Raipur, IIM Kasipur, IIM Rohtak if you get a chance as they give mroe weightage to work experience.
Apart from this among the top B Schools you can look at applying to MDI Gurgaon, IMT Ghaiabad, IMI Delhi, XIMB Bhubaneswar, NITIE Mumbai, all IITs - Mainly Bombay, Delhi, MAdras, Kharagpur.
I think you should target these colleges and you shall make it to one of these.
