What can be said about general cut-off of engineering Institutes which give admission through josaa for 2019 considering new quota for ews ?

You can expect that the cut-off for the general gender neutral category will go slightly up for each of the branches in almost every colleges taking admission through JOSAA.
So maybe if CSE at MNIT Jaipur closed at 4800 for general boys then it might close at 4650 this year. This is just an example and not to be taken seriously.
People say that supernumerary seats are being created but the same was said for girls quota and still the cut-off went up for general category boys last year in 2018.
