This is the first time that AIIMS is conducting admission through NEET score. And so it is difficult to predict the cut offs. AIIMS conducts its exam for 200 m arks in Physics, Chemistry, Bology, GK and English. The results are declared in the mode of percentiles. But NEET is conducted for 720 marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And NEET score is released in the form of marks. So to correlate both of them is a tad difficult. But to speak in general, the cut offs for General Category might be more than 625 and for Reserved Categories would be 600. This might fluctuate based on the branch of AIIMS in question.
