As far your score in NEET 2020 is concerned, it is quite low to get a mbbs seat through all India quota counselling. As only 15% of the total seats in a particular state is available for All India Quota counselling,you need to score much more to be eligible for that. Generally All India ranks beyond 13k are less likely to get a seat through All India Quota counselling.
