You can do everything you want in life. After PCM there are lots of things other than engineering. You can go to Designing, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Bachelors in Science, Teaching, and some other courses. Use your time wisely and decide what you like because that's the only thing that matters in the end. And you can do engineering too.
