With D pharma which is a diploma you are not eligible for UPSC or IAS examination as to be eligible for UPSC one needs to be graduate so the first thing you need to do to become an IAS officer is do graduation in any subject or discipline based on your interest and then you need to appear in one of the toughest examination called UPSC, and it has 3 stages which are listed below :-
The first stage of the exam is Preliminary examination (objective )
The second stage, Mains (written).
If you manage to clear both prelims and mains then you are to go through interview/personality test .
And if you managed to clear all the three rounds mentioned above, then congratulations you may become an ias officer
